" Dreams " OOAK beaded Charm bracelet.

This charm bracelet is full of hand made "one of a kind" designer lamp work beads.
I will not be making another one as the lamp work beads are unique.
Included in the beads are a silver goddess charm, handmade polymer rose beads, which I've made myself, freshwater pearls, Rose quartz, moonstone, cats eye beads, onyx, haematite, .925 Bali silver components, Czech glass, clear quartz, swarovski crystal & wedding cake beads.
All these beads are hand wired onto jump rings then onto the bracelet with a toggle fastening.
All components solid .925 silver.

A little about the silver I use in my designs.
No Tibetan, Mexican, German "silver" used, this IS NOT GENUINE SILVER.
The only other silver I do use is Bali or Karen Hill Tribe (from northern thailand) silver components.
This is generally very pure silver, ranging between 975-995 parts pure silver.
Any higher and it would be too soft for practical daily jewellery use.
Silver must have at least 925 parts of pure silver to be considered of " fine jewellery quality ".
Although, this has been updated to include a much lower amount of 800. I don't use this.
Some of the small components that are used in the construction of my designs are NOT hallmarked. It is only a legal requirement to hallmark silver in the UK if it weighs over 7.78 grams (Hallmarking Act 1973 ). Take a look at the PDF file below from the british hallmarking council. It gives more details.
http://www.britishhallmarkingcouncil.gov.uk/publications/newhallmarksguide.pdf
Also, many components are made abroad, the requirement is different in those countries but I can assure you they are silver. Many components come from the USA which don't have a general requirement for hallmarking like in England.
I work with silver mainly. I occasionally get requests for gold & platinum.
As some designs are small or intricate, to mark them would ruin the design or bend them out of shape.
Please insist on this high quality when purchasing your jewellery!
If it say's .925 silver, then it should be genuine silver...not plated or anything else!
