Post and packing
Please note I do not offer FREE shipping. I have had several customers as of late ordering without sending postage costs which I have met the bill. In future, i'll send this page via e-mail........
Please send postage costs along with payment. It is very embarrassing having to remind a customer to pay the postage!
As much as I wish I could send it to you for free, I can't.

I send all items out by standard 1st class post,as generally it costs 0.50 - £1.00 for small items (Not trackable). Larger & multiple items are weighed.
I always obtain a proof of posting certificate.
If you want any special service.....recorded,special delivery,airmail etc that must be paid for as a extra service.
If you check out royal mail's website ,it will tell you the cost of various services it has to offer both in the UK & International.
I make no profit from postage costs & generally outer packaging is usually recycled. The envelope may not arrive crisp and perfect but it's cheaper for you in the end and better for the enviroment. Your items are always well wrapped and secure.

If your item goes astray I will do my best to help recover it, but bear in mind I run this shop & house and work full time too!
Sadly packages do go missing when standard post is used , it's a sad fact of life!

PLACING A ORDER WITH CAPRICORN CREATIONS.
Its very simple!
Once you know what you want to order, just email me your order and I will send you a invoice for either paypal or another payment method if it's a item in stock. If you are ordering a customised order then, we will chat about what you want by email/messenger or telephone.
Once the order is completed and you are happy with the finished product (I will send you photographs), you pay me for the item & I post the item out to you.
Generally, I take photos of the item as its progressing to make sure you like it,before its finished. If I have to source beads for you, I do the same, I send photos to make sure they are suitable before ordering them for you.
This method makes for some very satisfied customers!
